Regarding Order Processing:
FYI: We are not open on weekends or holidays, orders will not be attended to until the next closest business day.
Q: How long does it take until my order is cut and processed?
Since all of our stickers are cut-to-order, please allow 1-5 business days after the order has been placed for your order to be processed and shipped out.
Q: How long does it take until my CUSTOM order is designed, cut and processed?
Custom orders take longer to process, as there is setup time and design work that needs to be completed first. Custom orders are processed within 7 business days.
If you are placing a custom order, you have the option of choosing “rush” for a small fee and your order will be attended to and shipped the next day.
Q: I made a mistake with my order, how do I correct it?
If you made a mistake with an order you placed, E-Mail us within 24 hours with your PayPal E-Mail address, order number and full name along with
the problem with your order, we will do all we can to accommodate the correction. Please note, if you do not E-Mail within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order has
not already shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will have to return the product in question back to us as well as pay a $3.00 re-shipment charge.
Q: Do you accept any other forms of payments other than PayPal?
Yes, we accept Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please send check or money order (payable to "GrafiXpressions LLC" along with a list of the products you would like, including color choices to the address below.
For personal check orders, please allow approximitely 2 weeks after we receive the check to allow it to clear. For orders under $20.00, make sure to include $2.75 for shipping charges.

Regarding Shipping:
Q: When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped once your order has been processed, usually within 1-5 business days after placing an order unless otherwise noted.
Q: I sent an e-mail asking about shipping information, but never received a response back, why not?
Due to the large volume of E-Mails inquiring about shipment information, inquiries that are sent within 10 business days of placing the order can not be responded to. We ask that you be patient and note the order processing times. Normal delivery times using the default shipping method are 2-9 business days (if you are within the continental United States).
Q: Why is it that I haven’t received a tracking number?
Unless you pay for the alternative shipping method that provides a tracking number, you will not receive one, default shipping uses normal USPS First Class mail which is untrackable.
Q: How do I change my shipping method?
Click on the “Shipping Options” button next to a product, here you can review the shipping options and add one to your cart if you wish. This only has to be done once per order, not per product.
If you already have chosen the default shipping method and checked-out, your method cannot be modified.
